Using this Website

 At the very top of the page you see two tabs: Assocaition and Team. After you click on one of these tabs, the menu on the left edge of the page changes to show the options available for that tab.  When you first enter the site, you are on the Association tab.

Association Tab

You are already on the Home page when you arrive at our web site. The left-edge menu options for the Association tab give access to general information that applies to all members.

Teams Tab

This is where you′ll be able to view the schedule, roster, and bulletins for your specific team. Use the drop down menus at the top to find your team. First use the "League" drop down menu to select the league your team plays at: Little League, etc. Next use the "Team" drop down to choose the team you wish to see.

Please note: Day Baseball teams do not have team pages.  The schedules and rosters can be found on the K-3rd grade menu item on the left hand menu.

The left-edge menu options for the Team tab give you a variety of ways to look at your team's schedule. If you click on "Schedule" it will list each practice and game, in a day-by-day tabular fashion. Click "Calendar" if you would rather view the schedule in a calendar form. The "Results" option shows results for games that have already occurred, but only if your coach or team manager enters the results. The "Multi-Schedule" feature allows you to see the schedule for several teams at one time.

Schedules can be viewed as a list, or as a calendar.  Either way, you can select a printable view for printing out.  Also, some people like to download the schedule into a PDA like their Blackberry or Palm Pilot, or perhaps, just load the schedule into their Outlook or Lotus Notes Calendar, so there are options to download to a csv file or a iCal format.

The Multi-team schedule is a tool for viewing, printing, or downloading a schedule for multiple teams.  This is very helpful is you have two or more players in the program on different teams.  When you get to a team page, just select “Multi-Schedule” on the left side menu.  Choose the teams you wish to view and the manner of viewing you wish (Calendar View, List View, or download to Outlook).  You can see the schedules of any number of teams you wish.

Admin Tab

The Admin Tab is used only by the webmaster, coaches, and team managers. It is password protected.   Coaches and Managers can find additional help here:  Web Site Help for Coaches/Managers

Email Notifications

You can receive automatic email notifications (and text messages) of website and schedule changes. You can change your preferences at any time by logging into "Edit My Account" at the very bottom of the left hand menu bar.  Your email address as listed on the website is blocked from automatic email address harvesters. In other words, you'll be protected against receiving spam.

If you are having difficulty receiving email, please check your junk and spam folders for email from leagueathletics.com - our web site service provider.

To receive email at multiple locations please select "Edit My Account" from the navigation on the left side of this page.  Log in using your email address and password.  If you forgot your password ask the system to return it to you by email.  It should be returned within a few minutes.  From there you can edit or add members to your account.

When entering parents email address, you might enter a home address and a work address.  That way, messages and notices will be sent to each.  To enter more than one address in the field just separate each address with a comma, for example, , . 

Check Your Balance or Make a payment

 If you need to check your outstanding balance, click on Edit My Account at the far bottom of the left menu.  Once you login, you will see any outstanding balance and can make a payment.

Retrieve Your Password
Select Association
- From the left hand menu at the bottom – select “Edit My Account”
- Enter your e-mail address ONLY
STOP! Look back at your email address and proofread it.
If you do not type the correct address PERFECTLY, you will not receive an emailed password.
- The system will then send you a temporary password to that e-mail address.
- Note to HotMail, MSN Mail and Yahoo Mail users: Please be sure to check your ''Junk'' or ''Bulk'' folder for the password email. The above email providers often incorrectly flag mail from this site as bulk email. If this happens to you, be sure to specify that future mail from this site be placed directly in your Inbox.
