Program Description:

EBA Players in grades 2-8 have the opportunity to experience Edina Baseball’s developmental, off-season baseball training camp. The camp’s philosophy is simple:  Provide top notch, intensive coaching over the off-season for kids to improve their skills and have lots of fun doing it.

• Every Saturday Morning for 10 weeks from December 20^th, 2014 – February 21^st, 2015.

• (Group 1) 2nd – 4th Graders(Group 2) 5^th – 8^th Graders.

• Each session is 1 ½ hours. 8:00 – 9:30 am and 9:30 – 11:00 am.

• Led by Edina High School Coaching Staff.

• Edina High School and Legion Players on hand to teach and show their stuff.

• FULL DOME AT THE NEW EDINA DOME!!!

• Sessions will include

  • Progression toward the Mastery of Baseball Fundamentals

  • Game Situations to develop Instinctive Baseball Awareness

  • Position Specific Instruction

  • Competitions to promote Fun and to instill a Winner’s Attitude

• Player to Instructor ratio: On average 6:1

• Cost: $375(Equivalent to $25.00/hour!) Fees are non-refundable.

• Includes 50 swings at the EHS Hit-A-Thon Challenge! Saturday, Feb 21.

• Space is limited to ensure favorable Player/Instructor ratio.
