For players entering Kindergarten through 7th grade Fall 2024.
Registration opens mid-May and closes June 15th (or when full). Rosters/Schedules are posted by August 1. 
Registration fee is $175. 

Grades K/1 the season is August 5 - September 22, 2024.
Grades 2/3/4/5 the season is August 5 - September 29, 2024
Grades 6/7 program the season is  August 12 - September 22, 2024.

  • Teams play two times per week. Before Labor Day, teams will play Monday-Thursday. After that, teams will play once during the week and once on the weekend. 
  • There will be a mini-tournament at the end of the season for grades 3-7.
  • The teams play at a variety of fields that include Cornelia, Countryside, Courtney, Normandale, Rosland, and York. 
  • Team are organized based on schools and play-with requests when possible. 
  • Teams are led by a Parent Coach; it is ideal to have 2-3 coaches per team. Please consider coaching. 

Equipment Players will receive a team T-shirt and baseball cap. Players are expected to provide their own baseball pants, baseball glove and wear non-metal cleats or sneakers. While not required, players should begin wearing a protective cup by 9-10. The league provides bats and batting helmets, but players are encouraged to bring their own. Please bring a water bottle and label everything including your player's cap and bat.

  • Kindergarten division plays Monday/Wednesday evenings in August and in September it will go to Tuesdays and Sundays. Objective and basic structure: Continued exposure to baseball using a tee and games focused on teaching baseball skills and engaging the players. Mostly plays at Cornelia fields.  
     
  • 1st Grade division plays Monday/Wednesday evenings in August and in September it will go to Tuesdays and Sundays. Objective and basic structure: Continued exposure to baseball using a tee and games focused on teaching baseball skills and engaging the players. Mostly plays at Countryside and Normandale fields. 
     
  • 2nd Grade division will play Tuesday/Thursday evenings in August and in September it will go to Mondays and Sundays. Objective and basic structure: Continued exposure to baseball using pitching machines and focused on teaching baseball skills and engaging the players. Mostly plays at Cornelia and Normandale fields. 
  • 3rd Grade division will play Tuesday/Thursday evenings in August and in September it will go to Mondays and Saturdays. Objective and basic structure: Continued exposure to baseball using player and coach pitched games focused on teaching baseball skills and engaging the players. Plays at a variety of fields in Edina.  
     
  • 4th and 5th Grade divisions will play a variety of days during the week in August and in September it will go to Thursdays and Saturdays. Objective and basic structure: Continued exposure to baseball using player and coach pitched games focused on teaching baseball skills and engaging the players. Plays at a variety of fields in Edina.  
  • 6/7th Grades division will start in August. They will play a variety of days during the week in August and one weekday and Saturday in September.  Objective and basic structure: Continued exposure to baseball primarily using player pitch games focused on teaching baseball skills and engaging the players. Plays at a variety of fields in Edina.
